Dying Light

At what seems to be near perfection, everything appears to be designed and orchestrated against the incoming generation and new generations to come.

The concept of a balance sheet is different from the display of transactions on a real-world work website.

The online lessons baffle and confuse the experienced workers.

The newly graduated students enter a disorienting shock in the ordeal of facing a new foreign language of their majors in a deceptive world.

Friends in high school now long separated.

A new wilderness with less integrity and more sinister auras of marketing strategies aligned to take advantage of quick hope and earnest yet ignorant trust.

Information is held by money, contracts now exhaustively utilized advantageously.

Various texts of changing font sizes so documents can hide violations from their clients.

Censorship is refocused in a way that victims’ pain is silenced just enough for the higher ones to sleep soundly without hearing the millennial scare.

Unconscionable desperation to bury newcomers into the steadily thickening canopy of rules organized by the higher ones blinded and pathologically possessed by greed.

The rise of Animaker

A workshop is taking form, soon to be born of the ideas and support from an ambassador and the entire staff of a polytechnic institute.

Following the excited consent of the Director of the Student Innovation iLab, the developing station of all things visual and lively is nearing its next milestone – receiving a place in the iLab website’s list of eventbrite dates.

It was set up by the spontaneous inspiration of a specific software – cue a shout-out to Pencil 2D – and the Maker Studio Operator’s eager suggestion to name the eventbrite-based activity Animaker.

More is to come; look for the videos of the Instructor’s gallery.

Third Initiation in the Mix

3-D printing. For those who are new to the concept, it’s a layered method of creating objects. Think models of geographic landscapes constructed by multiple layers, each layer being an overwhelmingly slight transition in the story of how a physical object took form. The only catch in this perspective is that an approach regarding the idea of layering focuses on building objects from the foundation up. Nonetheless, an approach has been taken toward it – one of the most innovative advances in present years.

Although 3-D printing pens will be the starting attempt, it is an introductory part of the path to becoming a well-experienced 3-D equipment operator.

Popularizing this technology might just be yet another large means of manifesting imagination into matter; that is, with a limit that has been extended – pushed beyond the era during which seemingly science-fiction-related things were insisted to be inconceivable and almost “sinfully ridiculous”.

Thou are invited to share the spoils and the fruition of creativity among yourselves.

More is to come, with a new level of sincerity.

Paradox Thinking | Defense with Nihilism

The following article was posted on the website Paradox Thinking some days, maybe weeks ago. As this website is loosely with Paradox Thinking, here is presented yet another post that was originated from Paradox Thinking. Three times’ a charm, some people say. Is it? Another question would be to decide on the importance or trivial state of whether to even fuss over the maxim about triples.

The concept of moral and the standards of moral are often meant/intended for life on Earth.

However, morality is limited to life on Earth; it doesn’t go beyond life on Earth or surrounding Earth. Coexisting with life on Earth has its unspoken and unnoticed consequences. Life exclusively on earth or not exclusively on Earth are both equally spooky, subjectively speaking for many people.

Among the best measures of defensive thinking is the observation that a person would do something supposedly on the condition that doing such a thing would be good. However, a vital part of this written observation is that the nature of “good” would need to be specified and explained, depending on the circumstances of interest. It’s vital, because some living things such as people can experience the feeling of subjective sensations that they label with the linguistic terms “comfort”, “pain”, “right”, “wrong”, “positive”, “negative”, “stoic”, and “emotion”. People who abide by the ways of society and think that they are justified in abiding its ways are favored by society.

People who do not abide by the ways of society and think that they are justified in not abiding by its ways are not favored by society. The result, subjectively speaking, could be a worsened reputation, exclusion from society, being found dangerous by society, and more.

But first, which reality are you in?

Paradox Thinking | The cracks in the management of marketing

The moral paradox of giving people a product that satisfies their need or demand for whatever it is and the product giver’s internal interest in the circumstance that the person to whom they give a product does not stay satisfied after firsthand consumption of the product.

This paradox is born of the mind of Adam Smith’s improvisation of the invisible hand that puts action to the situation regarding a course of events in present time, whenever that time is.

Virus of the Mind: Irony

Since when did the word “right” have a bad connotation?

Since when did the word “left” have a relatively positive connotation?

These are semi-rhetorical questions.

The word “right” now hints toward the existence of prigs.

The word “left” now hints toward people who think they can identify themselves as rebels with various causes.

But the individual assumes that everyone knows well enough, so the individual says and does nothing.

The populace says and does nothing, because it knows nothing about itself.

Paradox Thinking | Skipped a Step

Before learning about the ethics of something, consider and ponder ethics itself. Investigate ethics existentially. Different standards of what should be done at whatever time and in whatever way are often around in modern days. There are practical things to do, but doing such things corresponds with the idea of doing those things under the influence of a “better or best interest”. For example, it is often said that it is in people’s best interest to conform with the entire group and commit to whatever is perceived as favorable – the goal, perhaps. Well, in this society, that would be the least of group and individual expectations.

But, following a previous post on Paradox Thinking titled Plato: Meno, there are things to rethink. One prominent issue is the fact that Plato kept looking for things that a group various individuals things have in common. Here, he may have used the concept of majorities. However, in the film The Great Debaters, people are reminded that there can be circumstances under which majority rule comes in effect while not always being correct. The term “correct” relies on a standard of acceptance to be defined. Here, based on the premise that such ideas are known to be the work of humans, whatever is accepted and understood to be a part of the human mind is a factor of influence in creating a standard.

This post began with the word “ethics” in the first sentence. Like many words, the concept of the word “morality” has an ancestry. It originally took the conceptual form of whatever was in the criteria that made organisms eligible for some extended duration in the struggle for existence.

A little bit rusty, but there’s more to come.

Empathy is facing disappearance. The meme culture of carefree self expression is taking a path toward magnifying the negative aspects of people. Instead of administering first principles thinking, people are associating him with a legacy of conspiracies and mistakes, true, false, or not yet verified. While these people certainly can focus on the good actions that others present toward society, the reality of this phenomenon is something that apparently only seems to happen with an entity with cosmological compassion whose name His own self-declared believers subconsciously misuse.
